What finishes does CarvoPen work on?

Glossy paint finishes — standard, metallic, and pearl. It is not suitable for matte or satin finishes.

How many scratches can one pen fix?

Roughly 15-20 medium-sized scratches per pen, depending on size and depth.

Is the repair permanent?

Yes. Once cured, ChromaLock™ becomes part of the paint surface. Rain, car washes, and sun exposure won't affect it.

Does it work on any car color?

Yes. ChromaLock™ reads your paint on contact and adjusts its tone automatically, whether your car is black, white, metallic, or any other color.

What if it doesn't work on my scratch?

You're covered by the Carvo 30-day guarantee. Contact us and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

How long does it take to cure?

About 2 hours after application.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your region and is calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address.

What if my order is delayed?

Standard delivery is 5-10 business days. If it's been longer, email us with your order number — we'll track it down or send a replacement.
